The Connecticut Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will host the New Canaan Great Strides fundraising walk to raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis, a progressive, genetic, multi-organ disease that affects 370 people in Connecticut and nearly 40,000 people in the U.S. The event will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at New Canaan High School, 11 Farm Road.
Rally the community to stand with us in our mission, recognizing their vital role in driving us closer to a cure. Join in the fun with a DJ, bubble show, balloon artist, pizza, snacks, and more!
