Westchester’s forests are facing serious challenges—from invasive vines and tree-killing pests to the growing impacts of climate change. But there’s hope. Join Westchester Land Trust’s Preserve Manager, Ben Kleist, for a two-mile guided hike through Frederick P. Rose Preserve to learn how we’re working to restore the health of our woodlands.
Along the way, Ben will share stories of resilience and action—highlighting what’s threatening our forests and what our stewardship team is doing to fight back.
