This is an engaging and educational presentation led by master fitness trainer, author, and motivational speaker Shaun Zetlin. This program helps teens and adults build strength, improve balance, and move with greater confidence in everyday activities—regardless of fitness level or prior experience.

Through clear instruction and gentle demonstrations, attendees will learn how simple movement patterns can support stability, coordination, and independence as we age. Shaun also explores the connection between physical confidence and emotional well-being, offering practical tools to help participants feel more secure, capable, and empowered in their daily lives.
