This exhibition features works by 21 women artists—Allison Belolan, Julia Berkeley, Carol Bouyoucos, Tricia Caracappa, Rebecca Dunn, Sarah Ehrlich, Elizabeth Elder, Molly Felde, Katie Goldberg, Giselle Landers, Alissa Leigh, Judika Lieberman, Carol Paik, Carole Paley, Jessica Porter, Sophie Reisz, Rebecca Rivard, Julie Rosenberg, Courtney Alan Rossy, Shelby Smith, and Angela Strassheim—who invite viewers to consider the spaces we claim and those that exclude us; the materials and gestures through which we forge connection; the tension between individuality and collectivity; and the ways language, memory, and culture root us—or unsettle us.
