Join The Gallery at Yellow Studio for the opening reception of Fiber Forward, a group exhibition featuring 38 women and non-binary artists, on Saturday, May 30, from 4 to 6pm.
Curated by Tina Villaveces, Fiber Forward examines fiber art as a site of experimentation and critical inquiry, presenting sculpture, installation, embroidery, weaving, and mixed media that challenge conventional perceptions of the medium.
The gallery is located at Yellow Monkey Village, 792 Route 35, Cross River, NY 10518. The exhibition continues through June 28, 2026.
