What if knowing what matters most to you could change the way you make decisions about your work, your life, and what comes next?
The Women’s Networking Group of Fairfield County (WNG), in partnership with the UConn School of Business, invites the community to a special evening with bestselling author, NYU Stern professor and Founder & CEO of Becoming You Labs Suzy Welch on Thursday, September 24 at UConn Stamford.
Welch, author of Becoming You: A Proven Method for Crafting Your Authentic Life and Career, will join Dr. Kelly Kennedy, Director of Transformative Learning at the UConn School of Business, for a fireside conversation exploring how understanding our values, aptitudes, and interests can help us make more intentional decisions about our careers, businesses, lives, and futures.
The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a values-based networking experience led by WNG Founder & CEO Elizabeth Blanchard, designed to move beyond the traditional “What do you do?” conversation and create opportunities for more meaningful connection. The program begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by audience Q&A and additional networking.
Whether you’re growing a business, navigating a career transition, stepping into a new chapter, or simply thinking more intentionally about the life you’re creating, this evening offers an opportunity to connect, reflect, and consider a bigger question:
Are the choices you’re making aligned with what matters most to you?
The event is free and open to the community. Registration is required. Complimentary parking is provided by the UConn School of Business.
