Set in the East Village of New York City in the 1990s, Rent is about falling in love, finding your voice and living for today. Loosely based on Puccin’s La Boheme, and Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, it has become a pop cultural phenomenon with songs that rock and a story that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Following “525,600 minutes” in the life of a found-family of struggling artists and musicians surviving in the shadows of the HIV/AIDS crisis, the young bohemians negotiate their dreams, loves and conflicts in this groundbreaking musical about art and life. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss this “Seasons of Love”.
