On view October 18, 2026 through January 24, 2027 in the KMA’s Pollack Family Learning Center. Sonja John’s site-specific installation combines elements of her surroundings in New York City with recollections of her family’s places of origin (Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and the Philippines), using botanical forms, photographs of place and translucent materials.
