Unwind and restore in the serene setting of Caramoor's Sunken Garden with a special yoga series designed to nurture both body and mind. Each session offers a gentle, mindful practice led by an experienced instructor, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and presence. This series runs Wednesdays through the end of September (Sep 16, 23, and 30) and is open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Add four classes to your cart and get $10 off your order. In the event of inclement weather, this series will take place in a covered or indoor space.
