Join us for Sunday morning yoga in the garden at Bedford Farms! Come enjoy a morning of chill slow flow yoga, led by local Yogi Adey Zegeye. Tickets are $25 and class will be held on the lawn in the center of our organic vegetable and flower garden. Appropriate for all skill levels.

Class will last an hour and will be concluded with a singing bowl meditation and a refreshing iced herbal tea made from our homegrown organic herbs! Get your Sunday started right at Bedford Farms.
